Adjust Everything to Your Boat
Grease Friction Points
Our trailers are sold in a standard configuration, so adjust bunks, bow stop, winch stand, and guides to your boat's measurements. Adjustable parts intentionally do not use nylon lock nuts, so they can be adjusted and re-adjusted.
Grease the jack, coupler, and winch with marine grade grease: these parts suffer metal on metal friction.
Phase 02
Your new trailer settles under its new weight. Retighten it twice.

After Your First Trips
After positioning the boat, retighten all hardware.
After your first trip to the ramp, and before your second, retighten everything once more: on a new trailer, all parts settle under the new weight.
